Broken Orange Pekoe (B.O.P.) is the next grade below Orange Pekoe, which designates a smaller, broken leaf. When crushed to make bagged teas, the tea is referred to as "Broken" (B). Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe (T.G.F.O.P.) is FOP with a larger amount of tips. When these tips are in abundance, the terms 'Tippy and Golden' are attached to FOP, thus making it Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe. TGFOP is the top grade of OP tea. Organic China Black F.O.P. Tea, Organic Assam T.G.F.O.P. Tea, organic calendula petals, and organic flavor. Flowery Orange Pekoe (F.O.P.) refers to a high quality whole leaf tea with a long leaf and good balance of tips. FOP contains fine, tender young leaves with buds (referred to as tips) and is made from the first two leaves and bud of the shoot. Where does the practice of yoni steaming come from?
Yoni, or vaginal, steaming is an ancient practice described in the papyrus writings of ancient Egypt and historical documentation from other indigenous countries. Wombyn across the world have been practicing the ritual of yoni steaming for centuries. From Africa, Central/South America, Asia, India to Northern Europe, the practice has many names, from bajos to chai yok, and has been revered by herbalists, healers, shamans, medicine wombyn and sisters from all walks of life to heal our bodies, connect with the earth and bring balance into our lives.
Custom and personalized orders
Every women has a different body and will have different results. Some women experience radical shifts in their menstrual cycle and/or symptoms right away. For others, it takes time and dedication to the practice to achieve desired results. Many women will receive their menstrual cycle a few days early the first time they steam. Some experience increased feeling in their womb space, from cramping to heaviness. This is a result of the herbs supporting your body to contract and release old blood and tissue that your body may have been storing from YEARS of incomplete bleeding. Do not be surprised if/when you experience dark blood, heavier bleeding and/or clots.

How to Steam
DIRECTIONS FOR YOUR YONI/V-STEAM
In a medium pot, pour 2-6 cups of FILTERED water.
Place one handful of fresh herb(s) or 1/2 OUNCE of dried into the water.
Bring water to a boil , reduce heat to simmer,
It is very important to test the temperature of the steam before using.
Pour the mixture into the bowl, make sure it's not to HOT, always test before steaming so not to burn the genital skin.
You are ready to steam, disrobe from the waist down, sit over the steaming herbs, Drape a large blanket or sheet around your waist down to the floor making sure no steam escapes. Make sure you keep warm, relax and enjoy.
